Additional Driver

Additional drivers must have a valid drivers license, be covered under the insurance policy and appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. There is an additional charge of 25.00 USD per day for an additional driver and a limit of one additional driver per rental contract. Additional drivers must be 21 or older. A legal spouse or domestic partner need not appear at the rental counter and is not subject to the daily charge, but must have a valid driver’s license.

Travel Restriction

Vehicle Must Only be utilized within the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

Drivers License Requirement

Customers who reside in the U.S., U.S. Territories, or Canada must present a valid, unexpired government-issued Driver’s license which includes a photograph of the customer. Digital licenses are not accepted. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.

Photocopies of Driver’s Licenses are not accepted

“Learner’s Permits” are not accepted

Any license which, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted.

Temporary Driver’s Licenses may be refused if the renting location is unable to otherwise verify the customer’s identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license. Additional Government-issued identification may be required.

Private Rental Requirement

All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older and have a major credit card (or for some vehicles, a bank-issued debit card) and a valid drivers license.

For some Exotic vehicles, Renter must provide proof of a full coverage, transferrable auto insurance policy in their name with sufficient coverage for vehicle rented.

Renter full coverage auto insurance policy requires the following coverages to reflect (only for rental duration):

Renters must be age 21 or older.

Non Credit Card Deposits

Debit Cards are accepted at the time of rental for certain vehicles. Contact branch for details. Debit cards may always be used at the end of a rental to pay for the final charges.

Deposit Amounts

An authorization of 500.00 – 10,000.00 USD above the cost of the rental will be taken and the funds will not be available for your use until after the vehicle has been returned. Cash, prepaid cards, and money orders are not an acceptable form of rental deposit. Once a reservation is received, the local branch may reach out to customers within 48 hours to confirm details and pricing of the rental.

SMOKING NOT ALLOWED IN ANY VEHICLES! A FINE OF UP TO $5,000 WILL BE INPOSED FOR VIOLATION!
